BTMS-25 is a cationic emulsifier, mainly used in hair and skin care products. It contains:
- Behentrimonium Methosulfate (a very mild conditioning agent derived from rapeseed oil)
- Cetearyl Alcohol (a fatty alcohol that adds structure and stability)
What is BTMS-25 used for?
- To emulsify oil and water (like other emulsifiers)
- Leaves a silky, conditioning feel, especially in hair products
- Great for making conditioners, hair masks, lotions, and creams
