SHIPPING POLICY
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to Puerto Rico and the 50 states. We also offer International Shipping.
How will I be able to track my package?
Upon shipping, The Makers will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. You can use "Shop App," it's a free app you can download to your phone and track your package more easily.
How long will my order take?
Packages will normally ship within 3 to 5 business days, and upon shipping, The Makers will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. Some products are made to order and may take 2 weeks to ship.
Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped out of the country, to a rural address, or during holiday seasons.
The Makers does not offer refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Once an order leaves our facilities, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the carrier and the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.
Any claims regarding lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
We recommend monitoring the carrier's tracking updates to avoid delivery issues.
