Tackle wintertime woes with the powerful properties of Spanish Marjoram Essential Oil. Rich in 1,8-cineole, this pungent, fresh oil offers immediate support when seasonal illness strikes. Also called Wild Marjoram or Mastic Thyme, Spanish Marjoram is a wild growing Mediterranean herb cultivated in Spain and traditionally used during times of cold and flu symptoms due to its purifying and immune-boosting properties. Gently inhale to help alleviate uncomfortable congestion, coughing, and sinus headaches, or dilute and apply topically to soothe achy muscles and warm up cold limbs. The strong, camphor-like scent makes this oil a great choice for topical salves or diluted in a carrier oil and added to a warm, relaxing bath. Spanish Marjoram also helps to lift feelings of lethargy and fatigue by stimulating the mind, while the linalool content offers a sense of balance when feeling overwhelmed or nervous.
